Refund & Cancellation

Welcome to EZubkas, an initiative of Zubkas Technology Pvt Ltd. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before registering for any training program.

By registering for any EZubkas training program and making payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Training Program Registration

Upon successful payment of the training fee, the candidate’s registration will be confirmed and access to training resources, onboarding processes, and administrative support may begin immediately.

As a result, all payments made towards training program registration are considered final.


2. No Refund Policy

EZubkas maintains a strict No Refund Policy.

Once a payment has been successfully processed:

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Training fees are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds will not be provided.
  • Refund requests based on personal reasons will not be accepted.
  • Refund requests due to change of mind will not be accepted.
  • Refund requests due to schedule conflicts will not be accepted.
  • Refund requests due to lack of participation will not be accepted.

3. Candidate Cancellation

Candidates may choose to discontinue or withdraw from the training program at any time.

However:

  • No refund will be issued for discontinued participation.
  • No refund will be issued for incomplete training.
  • No refund will be issued for non-attendance.

4. Transfer of Registration

Training registrations are non-transferable.

A registered candidate cannot transfer their registration, access, or training benefits to another individual.


5. Employment and Opportunity Disclaimer

EZubkas provides training, mentorship, skill development, and career guidance services.

Participation in any training program does not guarantee:

  • Employment
  • Internship Placement
  • Freelance Projects
  • Work-From-Home Opportunities
  • Future Hiring

Opportunities, if any, are offered solely based on:

  • Candidate Performance
  • Skill Assessment Results
  • Project Quality
  • Communication Skills
  • Business Requirements

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests will generally not be entertained under any circumstances.

However, EZubkas reserves the sole right to review exceptional cases at its discretion without creating any obligation to provide refunds.

Any decision made by EZubkas regarding such requests shall be final.


7. Program Modifications

EZubkas reserves the right to:

  • Modify training schedules
  • Update course content
  • Change trainers or mentors
  • Reschedule sessions when required

Such modifications shall not be considered valid grounds for refund requests.


8. Payment Disputes

Candidates are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Suspension of training access
  • Cancellation of registration
  • Restriction from future programs
